This is my old CB550 that I bought in near mint condition. Being run over TWICE in the same month convinced me to sell the un-damaged gas tank and convert it to a cafe racer. It had new bronze swing-arm bushings, tapered roller bearings in the head, Progressive Suspension rear shocks, new MAC 4-1 collector, hand made pipe from the collector to the exhaust can, re-finished end can of unknown origins. The tank was from a CB400 Super Sport, hand laid-up seat from a friends mold of a mid 60's Honda GP bike, hand made fly screen from 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum, and the rest is what you can see. 8 hours after I finished it, I arrived at the Tswassen Vintage Bike Show n'Shine as a spectator. 40 minutes of answering questions later I was able to actually go look around, having just sold the bike!
